Meatloaf

 Meatloaf  Ingredients 1 kg minced beef (do not wash the beef) 2 large onions 1 pip garlic 2 teaspoons black peppercorn 1 egg 1/3 small can mushroom soup 3 pieces of cream crackers 1 teaspoon salt.   Method 1. Preheat oven to 170 C. 2. Place meat in a big bowl.  Crush 3 pieces of crackers and mix with meat.  3. Grind onions, garlic and black pepper in a blender. Mix these ingredients with mushroom soup, salt and egg. Mix with a fork. 4. Mix ingredients #2 and #3.  Form meat into a loaf and place it in a loaf pan.   5. Bake in a preheated oven for about 1 hour or until done.

Mushroom soup

  shroom Gravy for Mashed Potatoes 1 can mushroom (sliced) 2 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 beef bouillon cube 1 cup water ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional) 1. Cook mushrooms and flour in oil over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is bubbly; remove from heat. 2. Add water into mushroom mixture. Add bouillon cube. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. 3. Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce (optional) to taste.
